Who we are

FireID Pty (Ltd) is a rapidly growing internet security company focused on creating cutting-edge two-factor authentication technology (If you don't know what that means, don't worry -- send us your CV anyway).

We are currently expanding our team and are looking for smart people with a strong technical background. Ideally we're looking for people who can start working with us within a few weeks at most. FireID is a true internet startup, started and still based here in Stellenbosch.

If you want an ordinary 08:00 to 17:00 job you need not apply. We're looking for people who enjoy challenging problems and doing things which everyone else "knows" is impossible. If you think that time tracking sheets are straight from hell, then you're our kind of person. We need people who expect to be rewarded for the results they produce, not the number of hours they spend daily in front of a computer.

Why we're hiring

Our company is expanding rapidly, and has recently acquired a number of very large pilot sites at major corporations. We need people who can help us get our systems ready for these pilots, and the subsequent production roll-outs.
