Overview
This notice set forth the privacy policy for FireID's public Internet website at www.Fireid.com (the "Site"). FireID knows that you care how information about you is used and shared, and we appreciate your trust that we will do so carefully and sensibly.
This privacy policy does not address FireID's handling of information in the course of providing secure mobile telephone one-time password services. These practices are governed by the applicable service agreements and may be subject to the privacy policies of the relevant mobile telephone service provider.

This privacy policy covers only information that is collected through the Site or through email sent to @Fireid.com addresses, and does not cover information that may be collected through any other means by FireID.
Information We Collect and How We Use It
Personally Identifiable Information is any information that concerns you individually and would permit someone to contact you, for example, your name, address, telephone/fax number, email address or any information you submitted to FireID that identifies you individually.
Our primary purpose in collecting Personally Identifiable Information is to provide you with an efficient and secure way to request information and/or service from FireID. We collect only personal information about you that we consider necessary for achieving this purpose. FireID will not collect any Personally Identifiable Information about you unless you specifically provide it to FireID. Therefore, if you do not want FireID to obtain any personally identifiable information about you, do not submit it. In general, you can browse the Site without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information about yourself. [We track certain information based upon your behavior on the Site. Log Files
Like many Web sites, we automatically gather certain information about our Site traffic and store it in log files. We use this information, which does not identify individual users, to analyze web traffic, to administer the Site, to track users' movements around the Site, and to gather demographic information about our user base.
We do not link this automatically collected data to personally identifiable information.
We use a third-party tracking service that uses log files to track aggregated, non-personally identifiable information about visitors to the Site. This service captures usage and volume statistics that we may use to assist us in improving the Site.
Cookies
FireID may place a "cookie" on your computer in order to allow you to use the Site and to personalize your experience. A "cookie" is a small piece of data that can be sent by a web server to your computer, which then may be stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. Cookies allow FireID to recognize your computer while you are on its Site and help customize your online experience and make it more convenient for you.
Most web browser applications (such as Microsoft Internet Explorer and Netscape Navigator) have features that can notify you when you receive a cookie or prevent cookies from being sent. If you disable cookies, however, you may not be able to use certain personalized functions of this Site.
We do not link the information we store in cookies to any personally identifiable information you submit while on the Site.
Clear Gifs (Web Beacons/Web Bugs)
We employ a software technology called clear gifs, also referred to as web beacons or web bugs, which help manage content on the Site by tracking what content is viewed most frequently and for how long. Clear gifs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, which are used to track the online movements of Web users. In contrast to cookies, which are stored on a user's computer hard drive, clear gifs are embedded invisibly on Web pages and are about the size of the period at the end of this sentence. We do not tie the information gathered by clear gifs to our customers' personally identifiable information.
Information That You Voluntarily Provide
FireID utilizes information in connection with its legitimate worldwide business activities.
If you wish to contact FireID for sales inquiries, general inquiries, technical support, employment inquiries, or other purposes, you may do so through the Site or via email. Our contact window collects a requestor's name, email address, company affiliation, telephone number, country of residence, intended use of FireID and expected number of tokens, and how the requestor heard about FireID.
We use this information for purposes including:
- helping to establish and verify the identity of users;
- opening, maintaining, administering and servicing users' accounts;
- processing, servicing or enforcing transactions and sending related communications;
- providing services and support to users;
- improving the website, including tailoring it to users' preferences;
- providing users with service updates and offers and other information about FireID;
- responding to your questions inquiries, comments and instructions;
- maintaining the security and integrity of its systems;
- product research, development, testing, marketing, and monitoring; and
- where appropriate, evaluating qualifications for employment.

Additionally, a child's parent or legal guardian may request that the child's information be corrected or deleted from FireID's files.
Choice/Opt-out
FireID may send you communications related to your queries, comments, account, and/or general administration of the Site. From time to time, FireID and its affiliates may also wish to send you other messages or updates about FireID, its affiliates, or their promotions and other activities. We provide you the opportunity to opt out of having your personally identifiable information used for certain purposes.
